2025 Meeting Agenda

The Ohio Mosquito and Vector Control Association's 2025 Meeting has been approved for 4.5 hours of Commercial Pesticide Applicator recertification credits.

The Ohio Mosquito and Vector Control Association's 2025 Meeting has applied for 6.25 hours of Registered Environmental Health Specialist Continuing Education Units, with approval by the Ohio Department of Health Sanitarian Board pending.

Registration is open for the 2025 OMVCA Student Poster Competition!

Submission Deadline: September 30, 2025

Competition Date: October 28, 2025

Where: 2025 OMVCA Annual Meeting

Cost of Submission:
Full Meeting Attendance - Student Fee
Poster Competition Only - Free

Awards: The top-performing graduate or professional student and the top-performing undergraduate student will be awarded professional development stipends of $300 and $200, respectively, to support their academic and research pursuits.

For additional information on submission guidelines and to register for the competition, please fill out the Abstract Submission Form.

In addition to the poster competition, we are seeking volunteers to help judge the entries. If you're planning to attend the meeting and are interested in assisting with the judging process, please reach out to OMVCA Vice President, Hannah Dehus.
